I can see how that could go unnoticed given how small the guys are. Tiny torsoed Chris just blends a little if it wasn't for those legs. EDIT: In some way, while we've laughed at the times he messed the proportions of his characters many times over, he goes and does it to himself, too (and this is a photo of himself).
Best way to start any conversation, "I'm not that bad of a a guy..." Dude, that line is usually reserved for child molesters and vampires.
Intereseting someone brought up "Culturecide", I dig that silly album they put out in the 80's. At least those people had a reason to remind us how fake these things were.
It certainly makes for an interesting contrast between what Chris wrote 6 years earlier to now reading it.
Bad Reviews 30 is now public. There will be no preview period for BR31, to prevent spoilers from leaking, and to give it extra quality.
Powerful review dude. While I can't say I agree with all of your opinions presented, I can understand where you're coming from and completely respect your position on things. I'll be interested to see your thoughts on the final section of Director's Amenities which I think shows Chris at his darkest.
Yeah. I kinda deliberately did that whole bit before we got to the trial of the Asperpedia Four, because I felt that it would ring a little hollow in the aftermath of Chris brutally executing his enemies. I mean, ultimately what that is was the final, screaming attempt to assert control over his life. Chris executing the Asperpedia Four was his Tommy trashing the room from The Room. But I don't know if I would be good enough to convey that. I also want the very final review to be a standard feel-good style review. And the middle chapter in the trilogy ought to be the one with the downbeat ending, no?
tfw when A-Log sees your work and approves That cameo from Mr LoGatto was pretty great. He's looking a lot healthier these days.
I respect that, but it would be funny if you got yourself a really crappy webcam (in it's all yellow-tainted glory) and filmed yourself lying on the couch... "The Chris-Chan tricked me again " As an intro
Reposting from facebook: Announcing BAD REVIEWS LIVE (9/11/15) Starting at noon on Friday, September 11th, Bad Reviews Live will be a day-long livestream hosted by Daniel Steckly and Alec Wreford, which will culminate in the release of Bad Reviews 31. The entire Sonichu Review will be marathoned in its uncensored version (exempting BR19 due to its live-action nudity), and Daniel and Alec will host Q&A throughout the day. The event will also feature sneak peaks and announcements of future DStecks projects, including a sneak peek at Bad Reviews Season Four.
Oh man, I'm gonna spend all day busy looking at and talking about books instead. I'm so lucky. [Seriously, I wish I could spare the time, but I'll be too busy the entire day. You better record it.]
Welp, the time has come. BR31 is currently uploading to the internet. In less than 24 hours the Sonichu Review will be over. Again, don't forget to tune in to Bad Reviews Live. I'll be streaming from noon until 3pm, and then there'll be a half hour break before I resume with Alec Wreford, and the stream will go straight on through till midnight when we premiere the final episode; and probably after that into the wee hours where I will probably be shitfaced.
